Unfortunately, there will be no Spring 2022 Baseball Workouts due to lack of facility space to rent. Please check back for next Spring.
Location for all lessons is at the RCTC Fieldhouse.
Ages 9-15 (players will be grouped by age and ability levels)
$30 per Small Group Lesson - one hour
$30 per Semi-Private Lesson - half hour (after group session)
Please join us for off-season work. Whether you want to learn the game or elevate your game, players will get the reps they need from experienced instructors.
Pitching
Players will learn proper mechanics, how to improve arm strength, arm care, age appropriate pitches and finger grips, situational pitching, and fielding their position.
Hitting
Instructors will break down the swing with T-work, short toss, as well as live and situational hitting and base-running.
Fielding Program
Players will learn proper fielding mechanics, throwing mechanics and long toss to develop arm strength. They will get position specific reps, and infield and outfield instruction.
